Post an Unlimited Number of Jobs
Post jobs without any limitations. You may post as many or as few as you would like.
Custom Professions and Specialties
Add any professions and specialties that you would like. This makes our job board capable of listing jobs for any industry.
Applicant Tracking System Compatibility
You may enter the tracking number for the job in your applicant tracking system (if you have one), so that when job applicants apply you will know which jobs to attach them to in your applicant tracking system.
Applicant Ownership
You own exclusive rights to any job applicants who apply for jobs on your website. Those applicants are not shared with any other accounts or with any other organizations. We will keep a record of every job application you ever receive, so data is never lost.
XML Job Feed
Included with your subscription is a free XML feed of all of your jobs. You may provide this XML feed to third party vendors as a super-easy way to distribute your jobs to other organizations/vendors that you partner with. It is our hope that this will minimize the time recruiters need to spend data entering their jobs across various job boards.
Job Metrics
Our reports show the number of times each job has been opened, the number of times each job apply button has been clicked, and the number of applications submitted. We will also provide you with data about how many active jobs each recruiter currently has.
Share your Jobs with Google
Your job posting has custom schema embedded into the page, so help Google understand your job posting and let them list your jobs in Google's Job Search section.
Recruiter Profiles
Have the option of creating custom Recruiter profiles, where you can introduce your recruiters to prospective employees. Have the option of listing the jobs and locations recruiters are recruiting for. Each recruiter profile also has the option of adding a contact form, so recruiters may be contacted without displaying their e-mail address. Displaying email addresses publicly will result in robots collecting email addresses, and adding recruiters to spam e-mail lists, so this mitigates that problem.
